摘要
众所周知，在体育比赛中，竞争双方的较量、比赛环境的多变，导致比赛中经常出现戏剧性的变化，要求教练员的临场指挥具有很高的艺术性，而临场指挥则能折射出教练员对运动队平时训练的成效。因此，教练工作是一项具有挑战性的职业，其中蕴涵着许多困难决策和两难选择。
Coaching philosophy is coaches' understanding about the nature of training and its influence on training and exercise.It is the guidance and direction of training and exercise,including the main goal and the belief and principles which help to achieve the main goal.There are two primary tasks to establish coaching philosophy.The f irst one is to form strong self-awareness to know oneself better gradually;the second one is to determine coaching goals.Coaching goals will decide the way you treat your role as a coach and thereby restrict your coaching behaviors.
