摘要
目的探讨血脂康胶囊对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)及血脂的影响。方法选择86例合并高脂血症的2型糖尿病患者,在原降糖治疗基础上随机分为2组,治疗组48例加服血脂康胶囊,对照组38例不服血脂康,疗程12周。检测2组患者服药前后血甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)及高敏C反应蛋白水平。结果治疗组治疗后血TG、TC、hsCRP较对照组及治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。结论血脂康有良好的降脂作用,在糖尿病合并高脂血症患者的早期治疗中有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuezhikang capsule on serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia.Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipidemia were included.Based on their original regimen for hypoglycemic treatment,they were randomly divided into two groups： 48 cases received the added Xuezhikang capsules（the treatment group）,and 38 cases only had their original regiment（the control group）.This treatment lasted 12 weeks.Results At the end of Xuezhikang treatment,the levels of triglycerides,cholesterol and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein significantly decreased.Conclusion Xuezhikang not only has good effect of reducing hyperlipidemia,but also has anti-inflammatory effect,which has important role in the early treatment of diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidemia in patients.
