摘要
目的:探讨血脂康对糖尿病小鼠氧化应激的影响。方法取6~8周龄的 BALB/c 雄性小鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病模型,建模成功后随机分为非治疗组(5%阿拉伯胶,n=6)和血脂康组(200 mg·kg^-1·d^-1,n=6),腹腔注射相应药物,1次·d^-1,连续4周;另设正常对照组(n=6)进行比较,检测各组小鼠建模成功后血糖水平及给药前,给药4周后尿液中8-异前列腺素(8-isoprostane)浓度。结果与正常对照组比较,非治疗组和血脂康组血糖值均明显升高(P <0.001),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);给药4周后,与正常对照组比较,非治疗组尿液中8-isoprostane 浓度明显升高(P <0.05),但血脂康组与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论糖尿病小鼠体内氧化应激有所增强,血脂康具有一定抗氧化应激作用。
Objective To study the effect of Xuezhikang on oxidative stress of diabetic mice. Methods A diabetic model was established in 6-8-week-old male BALB/c mice by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin.Then,diabetic mice were intraperitoneally injected with either 5%Ara-bic gum(non-therapy group,n=6)or Xuezhikang 200 mg·kg^-1 ·d^-1 (Xuezhikang group,n=6) once per day for 4 weeks.In addition,health mice were selected as the normal control group(n=6).The levels of blood glucose were detected after successful modeling and urinary concentrations of 8-isoprostane were determined before and after treatment for 4 weeks.Results Compared with normal control group,the levels of blood glucose were significantly increased in both non-therapy group and Xuezhikang group(P 〈0.001),and urinary concentrations of 8-isoprostane were obvi-ously elevated in non-therapy group after treatment for 4 weeks(P 〈0.05).However,there were no significant differences in blood glucose levels between non-therapy group and Xuezhikang group,as well as in urinary 8-isoprostane concentrations between Xuezhikang group and normal control group(P 〉 0.05).Conclusion Diabetes mellitus leads to increased oxidative stress in mice and Xuezhikang reduces oxidative stress in diabetic mice.
