摘要
交际教学法在英语教学中的推行旨在培养学生的英语交际能力,与之相伴的是英语语法教学的淡化,其结果是:学生英语交际能力的进一步提升遇到了障碍。本文就语法教学与交际能力间的关系进行了探讨,认为扎实的语法知识是规范语言和提高语言准确性的基础,语法能力是交际能力的有效途径和保证。因此,交际教学法不但不排斥语法教学,而且会加强语法教学。
The practice of communicative teaching method is for euhivation of students＇ English communicative competence. But at the same time, English grammar teaching is weakened, as a result, students＇ English communicative competence is blocked. This paper discusses the relationship between grammar teaching and communicative competence, and thinks that strong knowledge of grammar is the base of accurate language, and grammatical competence is the promise of communicative competence. Therefore, we should pay more attention to grammar teaching in communicative teaching method.
