摘要
北宋初至宋神宗元丰改革官制以前,宋朝中央政府(中书门下)一直以他官(本官阶)加带"同中书门下平章事"为宰相之任。门下省之长官"侍中"只是宰相进官加恩的一种兼官,北宋前期并未出现直接以"侍中"拜相而不以"同平章事"系衔的情况。
The prime minister in the central government in Song dynasty acts as 'Ben Guan Jie' and 'Tong Zhong Shu Men Xia Ping Zhang Shi' before the official system reformation from Northern Song and Emperor Song Shen Zong Yuan Feng. 'Shi Zhong' of Men Xia Sheng is only a part-time title of prime minister as the imperial grace to him. The situation that prime minister acts as 'Shi Zhong' and not as 'Tong Ping Zhang Shi' didn't appear before the early of Northern Song.
