摘要
本文以传承人文精华为突破口,采取比较分析法,科学分析旧式教育在注重人文精华传承方面所凸现出来手工艺的五大特点,认为新式教育要继承和发扬旧式教育的人文精华,教育目标上要注重道德素质的培养,教育内容上要注重厚积薄发式的基础教育,教育方式上要注重因材施教,教师素质上要注重提高综合素质,人文情怀上要注重"师范"效应。通过传承旧式教育的人文精华,不断提高教师素质教育的修养,更好地实施和推进素质教育。
This paper scientifically highlights the five main characteristics of old education by means of contrastive analysis, holding that new education should inherit and develop the essence of humanity contained in old education. Educational goals should stress cultivation of moral quality ; educational contents should emphasize the basic education of accumulation ; teachers~ quality should give top priority to comprehensive cultivation; humane concern should accentuate the effect of teachers' examples. To implement and promote effectively quality-oriented education, the humanity of old education should be passed down and teachers' culture should be improved as well.
