摘要
自制了不同分子质量含磷聚马来酸(PMA),并用于真丝织物抗皱整理.研究了含磷聚马来酸分子质量对真丝湿回弹性的影响,结果表明:粘均分子质量为190的含磷聚马来酸可以有效提高真丝织物的湿回弹性.其优化应用工艺为:二浸二轧(PMA 180 g/L,次亚磷酸钠50 g/L,非离子表面活性剂AEO9 1 g/L,轧余率95%)→预烘(110℃,2 min)→焙烘(170℃,2 min)→水洗.分析了采用优化工艺整理前后真丝性能的变化,结果表明:交联主要发生在无定形区,抗皱整理对真丝白度、强力及有色真丝织物色光无明显影响.
Different molecular weights of phosphorus-containing polymaleic acid(PMA) were synthesized and was used in crease-proofing finish for silk fabric.The effect of molecular weights on the wet elastic resilience of silk fabric was studied,The result showed that polymaleic with the viscosity-average molecular weight 190 could effectively increase the wet elastic resilience of silk fabric.The optimal application technology of PMA with 190 of viscosity-average molecular weight was: two dip two pad(180 g/L of PMA,50 g/L of sodium hypophosphite,1 g/L of nonionic surfactant AEO9,pad rate 95%)→dry(110 ℃,2 min)→cure(170 ℃,2 min)→wash.The performance change before and after finishing of silk fabric was analyzed.Cross-linking mainly occurred at amorphous region,crease-proofing has little effect on the whiteness,tensile strength,and chroma of dyed fabric.
