摘要
目前我国农村中小学外语师资力量薄弱。利用现有资源,培养合格的外语教师,加强外语师资队伍建设,是解决农村中小学教育发展问题的重要途径。增强教师专业发展的本体意识,突显教师的主体意识和促进教师的反思意识,是解决教师发展问题的关键。集中培训是开展农村中小学外语师资培训的有效途径,校本培训是其根本,构建市县师资培训网络是条件。
Professional training for more amount of and more qualified English Teachers is an important way to resolve the staff-shortage problem in the rural schools. The key of this task is to enforce teachers' awareness of self-development, participation, and reflection. The paper believes that, among all models, mass training is an effective way; school-based, training, an essence; and a comparatively perfect training network between cities and counties, a precondition.
