摘要
利用生化出水的碱度吸收二氧化硫,去除率高,能耗低,不产生二次污染。根据燃煤电厂的特点,又做以下强化研究:一、吸收液用碳酸钙粉中和后再次吸收,处理能力可提高2.5倍以上;二、吸收液冲灰渣,既解决冲渣耗水和结垢问题又使二者都得到中和;三、生化过程投加碳酸钙粉可提高碱度80%以上。强化后工艺的运行和投资费用均较低。
A new technology was that SO2 was chemically absorbed by the alkalinity produced in biological wastewater treatment process (BWTP). It had the advantages of high SO2 removal efficiency, low energy consumption, and no secondary pollution. According to the characteristics of coal-fired power plant, following strengthening researches for the technology were conducted:1 Treatment capacity was improved over 2. 5 times after absorption solution was neutralized by CaCO3 powder; 2 Absorption solution was used to wash ash slag,which not only solved water consumption of washing ash slag and scale formation,but also neutralized both absorption solution and washing ash slag wastewater; 3 The alkalinity of the effluent of BWTP was improved over 80% when CaCO3 powder was put into the BWTP.
