摘要
利用污水生化处理过程中产生的碱度化学吸收二氧化硫,是烟道气脱硫和污水回用的新思路。生化处理出水具有水量大、碱度高的特点,对酸有较强的缓冲能力。试验证明,生化处理出水吸收二氧化硫的效果好,去除率可达95%以上。与海水脱硫方法相比,用水量少,且吸收液pH值高。借助生化反应可增加生化出水的碱度。分析表明:该方法具有二氧化硫去除率高,能耗低,运行费用省,投资少,勿需化学药剂,不产生二次污染的优点。
It is a new way of FGD and wastewater reuse to absorb SO 2 by the alkalinity produced in the process of wastewater biochemical treatment. Wastewater effluent is of high quantity, high alkalinity,and great buffer ability to acid. It has been improved by experiments that absorbing SO 2 by biochemical treatment effluent has good efficiency, removal ratio can be above 95% compared with seawater desulfurization,and less than half of the water required. With the help of biochemical reaction, it can increase the alkalinity of biochemical treatment effluent. It is improved by analysis that the method is of high SO 2 removal rate, low energy demand, low operation expense, no chemical medicine needs and no secondary pollution.
