摘要
导游员对内蒙古的旅游事业发展具有重要作用,但现实中呼和浩特导游队伍存在着诸多问题,如导游管理服务中心、旅行社对导游管理的弊端使得导游的流动性太强,服务质量受到影响,导游员自身素质需要提高,导游薪酬不合理等。通过分析呼和浩特市导游员管理现状及存在的问题,提出了推行导游激励机制,为导游提供晋升机会与再教育机会,强化导游信息管理,增强导游员归属感和责任感,遏制旅行社的恶性削价竞争等相应的解决对策。
Tour guides have an important role for the development of tourism industry in Inner Mongolia. But in reality, there are a few problems for the tour guides teams in Hohhot, such as, because of the defects from travel agents and the management service center for tour guides, the mobility of tour guides is too strong, the quality of service is affected; the quality of tour guides needs to be improved; guides' wages is unfair and so on. According to analyze the management status quo and problems of the tour guides in Hohhot, puts forward some countermeasures, including proposing incentives for tour guides, providing promotion and reeducation opportunities, strengthening the information management of guides, enhancing guides' sense of belonging and responsibility, curbing the vicious pricecutting competition of travel agents and etc.
