摘要
关键能力20世纪70年代始于德国,是一种跨职业的综合能力,德国职业教育中教学目标、教学方法、教学过程均突出关键能力的培养,形成一套行之有效的教育教学方法。我们可以借鉴德国职业教育关键能力培养的理念及方法,采用行动导向、工学结合等形式,利用构建人才培养目标、开设专门课程、在专业教学中渗透、实践活动中培养等途径培养学生的关键能力。
Key competence, an integrated competence across professions, began in the seventies, 20th century in Germany. Teaching objectives, teaching methods and teaching process on German Vocational Education highlight the cultivation of key competences, shaping a set of effective teaching methods. We can conduct action-oriented study and a combination of study with practice, using its belief and methods for reference. We can design special courses to develop students' competences on the course of penetrating through professional teaching and practical activities in the construction of personel's cultivation.
