摘要
分析研究了紫苏色素不同pH条件下及乙醇—水溶液中的色调变化。测定了不同条件下紫苏色素溶液的吸收光谱和亨特(Hunter)坐标三参量Lab值。结果表明,紫苏色素溶液的最大吸收波长随pH和乙醇浓度的增加而增大。Lab值相应也发生明显的变化。
In this article,the spectrums and Hunter Lab values of Perilla color in acidic and alcohol water solutions were measured.The results showed that the pH value and the concentration of alcohol can influnce the spectrum and Lab value of Perilla color.The maxium absorb wavelength value increased as the pH value and concentration of alcohol increased.Otherwise,the L and b increased but avalue decreased as pH value and concentration of alcohol increased.
