地塞米松对小鼠脂肪组织中孤啡肽及其受体基因表达的影响研究 被引量:1

Effects of Dexamethasone on Nociceptin/Orphanin FQ and Opioid Receptor-like 1 mRNA Level of Adipose Tissue in Mice

摘要 目的:探讨地塞米松对孤啡肽及其受体mRNA在小鼠附睾脂肪组织中表达的变化。方法:将12只雄性昆明小鼠,随机分为正常组和地塞米松组,分别采集其脂肪组织,用RT-PCR方法检测孤啡肽及其受体mRNA水平的变化。结果:与正常组相比,地塞米松组孤啡肽及其受体的mRNA表达水平明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松可能抑制孤啡肽及其受体基因的活性和合成,对孤啡肽及其受体基因的表达可能具有强烈的下调作用。 tn order to observe the effects of dexamethasone on Nocieeptin/Orphanin FQ (N/OFQ) and opioid receptor - like 1 (ORL1) mRNA level of murine epididymal adipose tissue, 12 mice were randomly divided into normal group and dexamethasone group. Epididymal adipose tissue was got and analyzed by reverse transcription polymerdse chain reaction ( RT - PCR). The results showed that N/OFQ and O/ILl gene were all expressed in the epididymal adipose tissue of normal group and dexamethasone group. As compared with the normal group, the mRNA level of N/OFQ and ORLI in dexamethasone group decreased significantly (P 〈0.05 ). The above results revealed dexamethasone might inhibit the activity and synthesis of N/OFQ and ORL1 mRNA, and it might have strong down -regulation to N/OFQ and ORL1 mRNA.
