摘要
建立测定肉桂油巴布剂中桂皮醛含量的方法。采用高效液相色谱法，DiamoonsilC18（2）（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为乙腈一水一冰醋酸（体积比50：50：0．3），流速1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长290mm。桂皮醛进样量在1．4625—46．8μg／mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，回收率为98．12％。本方法测定结果准确、重复性好，可用于该制剂的桂皮醛含量测定。
A method for the determination of the content of cinnamaldehyde in Rouguiyou cataplasma was estab- lished. HPLC was used with a DiamoonsilC 18 （2） （4. 6mm × 250mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase was acetonitril - water - acetic acid （50 ： 5 ： 0. 3 ）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min - 1 and the detection wavelength was 290nm. The linear range of cinnamaldehyde was 1. 4625 ~46. 8μg/mL, and the average recovery was 98. 12%. The results were accurate and reproducible, and the method was suitable for the determination of cinnamaldehyde in Rouguiyou cataplasma.
