摘要
根据已知光辐射分布特性的光源,通过设计合适的配光透镜,形成目标观察面上特定的照度分布或空间的光强分布,比如说形成照度均匀的矩形光斑.依据最基本的光学定律和能量守恒定理,提出了一种新颖的照明透镜设计方法.该方法在确定了能量映射方式和单面自由曲面透镜的初始结构后,由矢量形式的折射定律和光通量守恒定律,建立光源的光线、最终出射光线及入射点的法向矢量的关系方程组,进而得到此方程组的数值解,并通过CAD软件的逆向工程建模即得到设计的透镜.介绍了此方法的多个实例.由于半导体光源LED体积小,可近似看成点光源,非常有利于使用自由曲面法进行二次光学设计.
A novel method is proposed for a secondary optical design, which helps designers to find a lens form such as to produce a desired illuminance distribution on a given target surface from a known point source. The method has been described in detail with every procedure, and several solved examples of the rectangular form were presented. It's useful and practical to study the freeform illuminating lens since a LED is small enough to be taken as a point source.
