摘要
根据边缘光线原理并利用划分网格的方法设计出一款配光透镜,获得了方形均匀光斑。研究结果表明:它既适用于点光源,也适用于扩展光源。当透镜高度与LED光源尺寸之比为10∶1和5∶1时,相当于点光源,目标面的照度均匀度高达90%,系统的能量利用率为88%。当透镜高度与LED光源尺寸之比为10∶3,2.5∶1,2∶1时,相当于扩展光源,目标面的照度均匀性在80%以上,处于较高的水平,系统的能量利用率达88%左右。该配光透镜对扩展光源保持较高的能量利用率和照度均匀性,适用于投影显示和室内外照明,有着广阔的应用前景。
According to the principle of the edge-ray and using the method of dividing grid , a lens was designed to obtained the uniform square spot light distribution. Research results show that it applies to point source, and at the same time can also be applied to extended source. When the ratio of the lens height and size of LED source is 10:1 and 5:1 , it equivalent to a point source, the uniformity of illuminance on the target surface is as high as 90% , the efficiency of system is 88%. When the ratio of the lens height and size of LED source is 10: 3, 2.5:1 and 2:1 , it quivalent to an extended source, uniformity of illuminance on the target surface is more than 80% , at a higher level, and the efficiency of system is about 88%. The lens can maintain a higher efficiency and uniformity for extended source. It's suitable for projection display and indoor and outdoor lighting and has a broad application prospect.
