摘要
食品安全是旅游安全建设的一项主要内容,我国目前旅游食品安全现状不断趋好,但问题依然较严重。文章归纳了旅游食品安全管理存在突发性、广泛性和复杂性3个特征,总结了其发生的时间和空间规律,并提出了建立我国旅游食品安全管理"五个体系"的对策——杜绝源头、审慎加工、严格执法、广泛宣传和以人为本。
Food safety is a main content of the security of tourism construction. The current status of tourism food safety is getting better and better, but the problem is still more serious. There are three characteristics of tourism food safety control: sudden outburst, universal occurrence and complex in style. The time and space law for tourism food safety control are summing up in this article. Finally, a "five system" countermeasure to supervise the tourism food safety management system is proposed: root out the source, careful processing, strict law enforcement, widespread publicity and people-oriented.
