均匀设计法优化多功能钢铁表面处理液的制备

摘要 利用均匀设计和二次回归分析的方法对多功能钢铁表面处理液的制备工艺进行了研究。确定制备多功能钢铁表面处理液的优化配方为:有机酸0.5%、磷酸30%、六次甲基四胺2%和成膜助剂0.2%,验证实验结果与理论结果基本相符,处理后的钢样表面磷化膜厚度为18.7μm、除锈能力为8.1 min、磷化膜耐蚀时间为68 s。 The preparation of multifunctional solution for steel and iron surface treatment are studied using homogeneous design and square regression analysis. It has been found the optimum gradient of multifunctional solution for steel and iron surface treatment contains organic acid of 0.5 %, phosphoric acid of 30%, hexamine of 2% and film-forming additives of 0.2 %. The verifying experiment result proves that experiment result is accorded with theory result basically. The thickness and corrosion resistant time of the phosphating film were 18.7 μm and 68 s,and the derusting ability was 8. 1 min.
