摘要
利用均匀设计和二次回归分析方法对聚羟基丁酸-戊酸P(HB-co-HV)膜的固相接枝聚合条件进行了研究,得到了膜接枝率与实验条件之间的回归数学模型。通过4组不同实验条件下的接枝聚合结果验证,利用该回归数学模型可以设计不同接枝率的实验条件,达到定量控制接枝率的目的。
The experiment conditions of solid phase graft modification of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate- co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (P(HB-co-HV)) were studied using homogenous design, and the regression mathematic model between grafting ratio and experiment conditions. By using the mathematic model, the experiment conditions, for example, grafting ratios can be designed. The results of four sets of the experiment proved that experiment grafting ratios were basically consistent with foregone grafting ratios.
