摘要
目的对新疆护理专业本科实习生在知识结构、能力结构和职业态度方面进行综合评价,探索多民族地区护理本科教育发展规律,为课程改革提供参考依据。方法采用自设问卷,内容包括本科实习护生的知识结构、能力结构和职业态度3方面共22个条目,由新疆地区护理本科院校8所附属医院145名本科护理带教老师对护生进行评价和118名不同民族护理本科实习生进行自评。结果带教老师对实习护生评价与实习护生自评比较,在基础护理知识的掌握及应用、获取利用新知识、对病人的健康教育、语言表达能力、英语实际应用和在工作中的敬业奉献精神、工作中的法律意识、做事诚实可信8个条目上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新疆护理院校培养的本科护生综合素质较好,能基本满足该地区对护理人才的需求,但尚需进一步加强护理专业认知教育和法律意识培养。
Objective To evaluate the knowledge structure, ability structure and professional attitude of nursing undergraduate trainees in Xinjiang and explore the development rules of the nursing education in multi-ethnic region in order to provide a reference for nursing teaching reform. Methods A questionnaire in terms of knowledge structure, ability structure and professional attitude was used for the survey among 145 clinical nursing teachers to teach nursing trainees in 8 affiliated hospitals of the nursing schools and 118 nursing trainees of different nations in Xinjiang. Results In comparison of clinical nursing teachers with the nursing trainees, the differences were significant in the terms of mastery and use of fundamental nursing, acquisition and use of new knowledge, health education to patients, language competence, practical use of English, the spirit of dedication, law awareness and honesty (P〈0.05). Conclusion The general quality of the nursing undergraduates cultured in nursing schools in Xinjiang is reasonably satisfactory and meets the need of the region. But the recognition education of nursing specialty and law awareness need further enhancing.
