摘要
采用微波消解法对茶叶和土壤样品进行处理,以ICP-MS测定了其中的稀土、重金属元素以及I,Te,Rb等鲜有报道的元素,完善了微波消解技术的应用体系,并与电热板消解法做了准确度、精密度与回收率比较。方法检出限(LOD)为0.4(Se)~0.001(Te)ng·g-1。实验证明,微波消解法能够完全满足土壤和茶叶中重金属与稀土元素消解的要求。
Rare earth dements, heavy metals and other elements including iodine, tellurium, rubidium in tea and soil were determined by ICP-MS after microwave digestion, and the application database of microwave digestion was renewed. Furthermore, the digestion method was compared with the electricity plate digestion method in those aspects of accuracy, precision and recovery rate. The detection limits of the microwave method were from 0.4(Se)to 0.001(Te)ng·g^-1. It was demonstrated that the microwave digestion pretreatment could satisfy the requirements of rare earth elements and heavy metals in tea and soil.
