摘要
目的观察动力髋螺钉(DHS)在股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用及疗效。方法用手术的方法,采用DHS内固定治疗42例股骨粗隆间骨折。结果经过8个月～2年的随访,骨折全部愈合。1例髋内翻。结论DHS在治疗股骨粗隆间骨折中具有固定牢靠、并发症少、能早期起床活动等优点。在良好的手术环境和技术条件下,DHS是股骨粗隆间骨折首选的内固定材料。
Objective To observe the application and the effect of DHS （ Dynamic Hip Screw） on treatment of intertrochanterie fracture. Methods 42 patients with intcrtrochanteric fracture were trrated with DHS. Results All patients were Followed-up from eight months to two years and all fractures healed but one coxa addueta. Conclusion DHS is one of the best interanl fixation materials for the treatment of peritrochanteric fracture in good condition of operation and technique. It has advantage of strong fixation ,little complication and early excise.
