摘要
在日本的食品安全标准体系中,集中体现其技术法规的便是厚生劳动省依据其《食品卫生法》制定的肯定列表制度。肯定列表制度在进行风险分析的科学基础上建立了一整套农兽药残留限量标准及完善的执行机制,为其国内流通食品的安全性提供了有力的保障。他山之石可以攻玉,不论是其健全的标准还是完善的执行机制都值得我国借鉴。
In Japan＇s food safety standards system, a concentrated expression of its technical regulations is the positive list system made by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare according to its Food Sanitation Law. On basis of scientific risk analysis, positive list system has established a set of standards for pesticide and veterinary drug residue limits and developed implementation mechanisms, providing a strong guarantee for the safety of the domestic food distribution. Stones from other hills may serve to polish jade, whether the standards or developed implementation mechanisms are worthy of our reference.
