摘要
新媒体的迅速发展使党的执政环境发生了深刻变化,党的各级领导干部如何科学而理性地面对新媒体,充分利用信息科学技术,推动执政党与社会公众的交往与互动,是加强党的执政能力建设的重要课题。
The rapid development of new media brings profound change for the Party＇ s ruling environment. It is an important issue for the enhancement of building Party＇ s ruling capacity that cadres in all level will scientifically and rationally face with new media and promote commtmication and interaction between ruling Party and the public with information science and technology.
