摘要
目的:观察补肾调周疗法结合强的松治疗免疫性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:把102例免疫性不孕患者随机分3组,中药组34例,采用中药补肾调周疗法,西药组33例,服用强的松,观察组35例,采用中药补肾调周疗法和强的松。结果:总体疗效方面,观察组明显好于中药组和西药组(P<0.01);妊娠率方面,观察组与中药组、西药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AsAb滴度下降方面,3组均匀明显下降(P<0.01),观察组与中药组、西药组比较,下降程度更为明显,有统计学意义(P<0.01);中药组与西药组比较,总体疗效方面、妊娠率、AsAb滴度下降方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾调周疗法结合强的松治疗免疫性不孕症的临床疗效优于单纯中药和单纯西药,是治疗免疫性不孕的有效治疗方法。
Objective：To observe BushenTiaozhout therapy with prednisone treat immunity barren clinical curative effect.Methods：102 immunities barren sufferer is divided into 3 groups,Chinese herbal medicines group of 34 samples used BushenTiaozhout therapy,western medicine group of 33 samples took prednisone,observation group of 35 samples adopted BushenTiaozhout therapy with prednisone.Results：Total curative effect aspect,observation group is obviously better than Chinese herbal medicines group and western medicine group（ P0.01）; Gestation rate aspect,observation group compared with Chinese herbal medicines group and western medicine group,the difference had statistic meaning （ P0.05）,AsAb descent aspect,AsAb degree all descended in 3 groups（P0.01）,observation group compared with Chinese herbal medicines group and western medicine group,the descent is more obviosely,the difference had statistic meaning（ P0.01）;Chinese herbal medicine group compared with western medicine group ,the total curative effect,gestation rate and AsAb descent rate had no statistic difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：BushenTiaozhou therapy with prednisone to treat immunity barren is better than pure Chinese herbal medicine or pure western medicines ,It is a valid treatment method to cure immunity barren.
