摘要
神经-内分泌-免疫调节网络通过共有的化学信号分子神经递质、神经肽、激素、细胞因子及这些信号分子的受体在机体调控中发挥着重要的作用。研究资料表明脾虚证神经递质、神经肽、激素、细胞因子的水平如果发生不同程度的改变,则这可能提示与之相关的神经-内分泌-免疫调节也发生了相应不同程度的改变。近年来对神经-内分泌系统和免疫系统之间相互作用、相互依赖的复杂关系的研究已经成为一门独立的边缘学科,即神经免疫调节(neuroim-munoregulation)或神经免疫内分泌学(neuro-immuno-endocrinology)。经过临床实践证明中医药的治疗,可以改善神经-内分泌-免疫调节。
NEI network can exert an important action in regulation of living organisms through co-recognized signals such as neurotransmitter﹑neuropeptide、hormone,cell factor and receptors of these signaling moleculars.Research data of recent years indicate that level of neuropeptide、hormone,cell factor is in vary degree when spleen-deficiency syndrome occurs.Those changes indicate that Regulate of NEI may be changing.The neuroendocrine-immunoregulatory network is fundamental to the maintenance of homeostasis.Chinese tradition medicine therapy can improve function of neuronendocrine immunomodulation.
