摘要
目的:探讨慢乙肝患者生化、氧化损伤指标与中医证型的相关性。方法:对381例慢乙肝患者进行辨证分型,以同期健康体检正常者30例为正常对照组,检测血清生化及脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)。结果:①AST、ALT、GGT、NO、MDA在湿热中阻、瘀血阻络、肝肾阴虚证中较其它证型显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);②GLO、LPO、aPOA-1/aPOB在瘀血阻络、肝肾阴虚证中高于其它证型而ALB、A/G比值较低(P<0.01);③TBA、CHE、aPOA-1、aPOB在瘀血阻络、肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚证中明显低(P<0.01)。结论:生化及氧化损伤指标可为慢乙肝中医辨证的客观化提供依据。
Objective:To explore the correlation between different syndrome types of TCM and indexes of serum biochemistry and oxidative stress in chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:381 patients of CHB were classified as well as diagnosed with blood serum biochemistry、LPO、SOD、MDA、NO,and compared with 30 cases health control group.Results:①Comparision among the different syndrome types revealed that AST、ALT、GGT、NO、MDA were significantly raised in damp-heat obstracting the center,static blood obstructing the network vessels and liver-kidney yin deficiency(P0.01orP0.05);②GLO、LPO、aPOA-I/aPOB were markedly elevated and meanwhile ALB、A/G activity decreased in static blood obstructing the network vessels and liver-kidney yin deficiency(P0.01);③Comparision among the different syndrome types revealed that TBA、CHE、aPOA-I、aPOB were markedly decreased in static blood obstructing the network vessels,liver-kidney yin deficiency and spleen-kidney yang deficiency(P0.01).Conclusions:blood serum biochemistry and oxidative stress could serve as objective indexe for syndrome typing of CHB.
