摘要
针对目前中小企业车间生产物流系统存在的不足,文章通过对某汽车后桥车间生产物流现状的分析,找出车间生产物流存在的主要问题,应用物流和管理信息相关理论,设计出了具有针对性、实用性的生产物流管理系统,从而实现物料的实时配送和有效管理,解决企业存在的实际问题,对于企业提高生产效率和经济效益具有极其重要的现实意义。
In view of the present insufficiency of small and medium-sized enterprise workshop production physical distribution system, The paper finds the major problems of the Workshop production logistics,, through analyzing the Status Situation of the material flow system in an automobile rear bridge manufacturing plant, Using physical distribution and management information theories the workshop logistics information systerm was designed,thus carry out real-time distribution and effective management,it has very important practical significance for enterprises to improve production efficiency and economic benefit.
