摘要
围绕ANDON系统的显示调度软件、显示数据网络传输协议、嵌入式以太网络构建等几个组成部分展开论述。提出显示模板映射方法,实现显示信息的格式、布局、内容可再编辑功能,从而为提高显示调度软件的兼容性、适应性提供解决办法;提出基于SoC显示控制方案,从而实现显示控制系统高效率的开发;同时设计基于100M网的嵌入式以太网通信接口及显示数据传输协议,实现显示信息更有效的传达。
Constituent parts of ANDON system, display scheduling software, communication protocol, the construction of embed ethernet network interface are illuminated. Display template mapping method, which can realize re-edit .of content, format or layout of display information, is presented to give solution to promote compatibility and adaptability of the display scheduling software. SoC-based display control scheme is presented, which gives high efficiency development to the design. And,100M embed ethernet network interface and display data transport protocol are designed, which realize more effective transportation of display information.
