摘要
针对目前传统的包络法加工平面二次包络环面蜗轮在精度上存在不可克服的缺陷,提出以其数控加工作为对象,利用截面法生成数控加工刀具轨迹的算法,在建立啮合面方程的基础上将齿面离散化,将离散模型与设定的截平面族求交,得到刀位点的离散坐标值,为其数控加工奠定理论基础。
Planar double-enveloping worm pair is an excellent transmission type. The shortages of traditional processing method were analyzed. To generate the tool path a series of plans which in clued the axis of worm gear to intersect with the worm gear surface and the discrete points were calculated. The study will lay a foundation for the manufacturing of Planar double-enveloping worm gear by CNC Method.
