摘要
为提高平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动的设计效率,提出平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动数字化设计系统,研究和开发了平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动的参数优化设计软件系统,包括几何参数设计计算模块、强度校核模块、齿面接触线模块、蜗杆齿厚变化曲线模块和蜗杆根切判别模块。开发了平面二次包络环面蜗杆减速器参数化建模软件平台,包括零/部件的参数化建模和装配体的参数化建模。以具体实例说明该数字化设计系统能大大提高设计自动化水平。
To improve the researching and designing efficiency of plane double-enveloping worm-gear, the digital design system for plane double-enveloping worm-gear was developed. The optimization design of digital design system included in the module of geometric parameter design, the module of strength check, the module of drawing contact lines and the module of change lines of tooth thickness. The parametric modeling software for planar double-enveloping worm-gear reducer was developed, which included parametric modeling of parts and assembly. An examole was taken to show the advantage of the digital design system.
