离子液体溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑对太行隆肛蛙蝌蚪的毒性及其抗氧化系统的影响 被引量:8

摘要 用溴化1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑离子液体对太行隆肛蛙(Feirana taihangnicus)蝌蚪进行急性和亚急性暴露,研究该离子液体对蝌蚪的急性毒性,检测亚急性暴露对蝌蚪抗氧化酶SOD,CAT和GPx活性影响及其MDA含量变化.实验结果表明,该离子液体对蝌蚪的24hC50为82.1mg·L-1,说明该离子液体对蝌蚪具有明显的毒性,其毒性强弱与传统有机溶剂相当.同时,低剂量离子液体的亚急性暴露可诱导蝌蚪抗氧化酶活性的显著变化并引发机体轻度氧化损伤,这种损伤在染毒后期可被机体抗氧化防御系统自动修复.另外,低剂量离子液体的亚急性暴露也可引发蝌蚪脂质过氧化作用. In the present study,the tadpoles of Feirana taihangnicus are exposed to the ionic liquid 1-Octyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([C8mim]Br) under the acute and subacute conditions. The acute toxicity of [C8mim]Br on the tadpoles is determined,and effects of the ionic liquid on the activities of antioxidant enzymes and lipid peroxidation in the tadpoles are also evaluated. The results of the acute toxicity tests show that the 24 h -LC50 value of the ionic liquid on frog tadpoles was 82.1 mg·L-1 on the conditions of the present laboratory,and this toxicity is correspond to the traditional organic solvent. Under the subacute exposure conditions,[C8mim]Br at low concentrations has significant effects on the activities of antioxidant enzymes in the tadpoles. In addition,[C8mim]Br could induce lipid peroxidation in frog tadpoles at subacute exposure,indicating the ionic liquid caused oxidative stress on tadpoles. These results indicate that aqueous [C8mim]Br can cause impairment to Feirana taihangnicus tadpoles by inducing oxidative stress and the risk to aquatic ecosystem by ILs-leaking into water body has to be evaluated in the future.
