摘要 高等护理教育如何培养适应时代发展需要的护理人才,已成为护理教育改革的热点之一。现代护理人员除具备一般专业知识与技能外,还须具备多种能力,例如处理复杂临床问题的能力,与人有效合作沟通的能力,独立获取信息和分析的能力等。在近年的《护理学基础》教学和与护生的接触过程中,认识到评判性思维和创新思维是使学生具备多种能力的前提。因此,本文将阐述评判性思维和创新思维在高职护理教育中的必要性,以及其对培养符合临床需求的实用护理人才具有重要意义。 In the 21st century, higher nursing education is how to raise nurses who can meet the development needs of the times. Today, nurses should have all kinds of abilities besides the general specialized knowledge, such as clinical adaptiveness, the ability of processing complex clinical question, coopration ability, communication ability, the independence gains information and analysis ability etc.. Through several years nursing teaching with the students, the writers have realized that both creative and critical thinking are essential to students' ability.
