不同贮藏和浸种方式对香樟种子发芽率的影响 被引量:15

摘要 [目的]探索香樟(Cinnamorman camphoral Siel)种子的最佳贮藏和处理方法。[方法]对采用3种不同方法贮藏的香樟种子进行正交试验,观察发芽率情况。[结果]香樟种子经湿沙包埋后放在4℃冰箱贮藏发芽率最高,4℃冰箱中贮藏次之,自然室温贮藏最低;采用不同药剂处理,则用80 mg/LGA3处理过的种子发芽率均为最高。经湿沙包埋后4℃冰箱贮藏并用80 mg/L GA3处理12 h的香樟种子发芽率最高达89.0%,此处理的种子萌发快而整齐。[结论]寻找到了适宜香樟种子的贮藏和浸种方式,为解决香樟种子发芽困难,发芽率不齐及发芽时间长等问题提供科学依据。 [Objective ] The research aimed to discuss the best storage and processing methods of camphor seeds.[Method] The camphor seeds treated by 3 different storage methods were used in the orthogonal experiment to observe the germination rate.[Result] The results showed that the camphor seeds buried in wet sand and placed in 4 ℃ refrigerator displayed the highest germination rate,the next was in 4 ℃ refrigerator storage,the lowest was the natural temperature storage.The camphor seeds treated with 80 mg/L GA3 showed the highest germination rate in each group.The germination rate of camphor seeds buried in the wet sand,placed in 4 ℃ refrigerator storage and treated with 80 mg/L GA3 within 12 h was up to 89.0%,the treatment made the seed germinating fast and tidy.[Conclusion] The suitable storage and soaking methods of camphor seeds were found.This provided scientific basis for solving the germination difficulty of camphor seeds,untidy germination rate and too long germination time.
