摘要
研究了不同种子处理方法对樟子松幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同种子处理方法对樟子松幼苗生长影响明显,以10℃冷水浸种催芽处理效果最好;沙床催芽法效果次之;50℃温水浸种催芽法效果最差。建议在樟子松幼苗培育中采用冷水(10℃)浸种催芽方法和混沙埋藏催芽方法进行种子处理。
The influence of different seed processing on seedling growth of Pinus sylvestris was studied. The study showed that there was significant influence on seedling growth among different seed processing methods, in general, seed soaked by cold water ( 10°C ) was the best, sand buried method was the second, and seed soaked by warm water (50°C) was the worst. Seed soaked by cold water should be promoted in actual applications, and sand - mixed - buried method aslo can be accepted.
