摘要
环境冲突被视为一种刺激生态文明发展的动力要素,但环境冲突并不必然会导向生态文明,环境冲突的根本解决也并不是自发实现的。化解环境冲突的措施选择及解决程度,将取决于人们的视角和立场。从这一视角看,这种冲突也只有在生态文明的时空内才能得到有效解决。
Environmental conflicts are a driving force behind the development of ecological civilization,but they do not necessarily lead to ecological civilization.The settlement of environmental conflicts cannot be achieved spontaneously.Therefore,what measures to take and to what extent these conflicts should be eased are dependant on what perspective people take.In this sense,these conflicts can be effectively settled only in the space-time of ecological civilization.
