摘要
根据Redebaugh相位分析理论,建立了双向进气对于G-M型脉冲管制冷机性能影响的数学模型,在此基础上提出了制冷机性能优化的若干措施。同时建立了单级G-M型脉冲管制冷机性能实验系统,通过改进小孔阀的开度,优化旋转阀的进气频率和双向进气的开度,使系统性能得到了明显的改善。
Based on Redebaugh's phase analytical theory, a mathematical model of double inlet mechanism for G - M type pulse tube cryocooler (PTC) was proposed and established in this paper. Several measures were put forward in order to improve the cooling performance of the PTC. In additions, an experimental set - up for a single - stage G - M type PTC was designed and constructed. By optimizing the openings of orifice valve and double inlet valve as well as the operating frequency, the cooling performance of the current PTC was greatly improved.
