摘要
从1978年开始,选用含棉花核雄性不育基因msc1的两用系473A、抗枯萎病品种陕棉9号及抗枯黄萎病品种中棉所12号,通过杂交转育、病圃与非病圃、可育株与不育株的双重双向选择,成功地培育出抗枯萎病、耐黄萎病和抗枯萎病、抗黄萎病的核不育两用系抗A1和抗A2,并对其抗性遗传、抗性与产量的配合力及利用情况进行了研究。用抗A1和抗A2作母本已选配成3个杂交种应用于生产。
The study began in 1978.Using cotton dual purpose line 473A with male sterile gene msc 1,Shanmian 9 with resistance to Fusarium and Zhong Mianshuo 12 with resistance to Fusarium and Verticillium ,the genetic male sterile dual purpose line Kang A 1 and Kang A 2 have been successfully selected by means of crossing transference and bidirectional selection on fertile plants and sterile plants in disease nursery and fields.The inheritance of resistance,combining alility of resistance and lint yield and utilization of Kang A 1 and Kang A 2 were studied.Up to now,using Kang A 1 and Kang A 2 as sterile lines 3 crossing combinations have been selected,and have been utilized in production.
