摘要
本文报道了棉花“陆异1号”的雌、雄蕊发育进度,在减数分裂前是不同步的,小孢子的发生早于大孢子发生1—2个时期;减数分裂后雌配子体的发育速度加快,最后达到雌、雄配子体同步成熟。观察表明:开花前花蕾大小、花柱外露长度与雌、雄蕊发育进度成正相关性,经荧光显微镜观察确定,当花柱外露长度达6—7mm时,柱头的生理活性最强,是杂交制种中授粉的最佳时期,为提高授粉率和结实率提供了形态学和胚胎学指标。
This paper reported that the development of pistil and stamen in the cotton cultivar LY-1 is not synchronous before meiosis. The genesis of microspore is 1-2 stages earlierthan that of megaspore. But the stages of development of pistil and stamen are gradually synchronous after meiosis. Observation showed that the length of the external stigma is positively correlation with the size of alabstrum and the devel opment of pistil and stamen. Observation through fluorescent microscope indicated that when the length of external stigma is about 6-7 mm, the physiological activity of the pollen is the highest. This is the optimal period of pollination. This result provides morphological and embryological indexes for increasing the efficiency of pollination.
