摘要
由于单片机测控系统工作环境的多样性,系统受干扰影响的可能性加大,严重时导致系统工作不正常。以泡沫式生态厕所设备间控制器的设计为例,分析了测控系统中电源,I/O通道及继电器应用中的干扰,从硬件设计、软件编程两方面讨论了单片机的抗干扰技术。实际测试表明,采用抗干扰措施后,整个单片机测控系统的稳定性和可靠性得到了很大的提高。
Due to the diversity of the operation environment of the single chip-computer measurement and control system, the interferences of the system are increased. And these interferences could also cause the system work abnormally. In this paper, the controller of foam type ecological toilets in equipment room is used as an example to analyze the system's interferences, which come from the power supply system, I/O channels or the relay applications. The anti-interference technology of single-chip computer is minutely discussed from hardware and software. The tests show that, the stability and reliability of the measurement and control system are increased by using anti-interference measures.
