摘要
人才是事业发展的基础，淡水渔业研究中心在人才引进和人才队伍建设工作中进行了积极的探索，取得了一定的成效，初步建立起人才引进、培育机制。本文对人才引进具体举措进行了分析和讨论，提出了进一步的工作思路。
The talented person was the foundation which the enterprise developed, the fresh water fishery research center has carried on the positive exploration in the introduction of talent and in the talented person troop construction work, has obtained certain result, established the introduction of talent, the cultivation mechanism initially. This article has carried on the analysis and the discussion to the introduction of talent concrete action, proposed the further work mentality.
