摘要
文中理论与实际相结合,规范分析与实例分析相结合,对宁波市产业转型升级过程中的产业工人现状进行科学的实证研究,客观评价当前宁波市产业转型升级过程中产业工人培育存在的问题,提出建立基于宁波产业转型升级的产业工人培育机制的政策建议。
This subject integrating theory with practice,combining normative analysis and case analysis,the present situation and problems of Ningbo industrial workers in the process of industry transformation and upgrading scientific empirical research,objective evaluation of the current city industry transformation and upgrading of industrial workers in the process of cultivating the existence question,proposed based on Ningbo industrial transformation and upgrading of the industrial workers training mechanism of policy recommendations.
