摘要
为建立虎耳草中丹皮酚的含量测定方法,并检测不同产地虎耳草中丹皮酚的含量。采用HPLC法,色谱柱为phenomenex C18(250min×4.60mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50:50),检测波长为274nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果表明:丹皮酚进样量在0.0431~0.3877μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.97%,RSD=1.64%(n=6)。本法简便、易行、重现性好,可用于虎耳草的质量控制。
To establish the method of determining the content of paeonol in Saxifraga stolonifera by HPLC, and detect the content of paeonol in Saxifraga stolonifera from different provenances, paeonol was separated on phenomenex C1a (250 mm ×4.60 ram,5 μm) ,with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(50: 50) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was set at 274 nm. The linear range of paeonol was 0. 0431-0. 3877 μg ( r = 0.9998), and the recovery rate was 98.97 %, RSD = 1.64% ( n = 6). This method was proved to be simple, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Saxifraga stolonifera.
