摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定虎耳草中槲皮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%H3PO4溶液(45∶55),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为350nm,柱温为室温。结果:槲皮苷进样量在0.40μg^2.00μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),加样回收率为95.33%(RSD=2.80%)。结论:本方法简便、稳定、快速、重现性好、无杂质干扰,可用于虎耳草质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of quercitrin in Saxifrage. METHODS: The analysis was performed on C18 column(150mm×4.6mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was MeOH-0.2%H3PO4 (45 : 55) with a flow rate at 1.0ml/min and wavelength at 350nm under room temperature. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship when the sample size of quercitrin was at a range of 0.40μg~2.00μg(r = 0.9 996), the recovery was 95.33% with RSD at 2.80%. CONCLUSION: This method was simple, stable, fast, and reproducible and without the interference of impurity, which can be used for the content determination of quercitrin in Saxifrage.
