摘要
分析了动态需求的备件保障问题。利用非平稳随机过程的理论,建立了需求非平稳且修理能力有限时,两级备件保障系统的使用可用度模型;提出了时变可用度评估算法;并结合实例对系统的可用度进行了评估,得到系统的时变可用度曲线。该方法为解决动态需求的系统可用度评估问题提供了新的思路。
The spare part support problem under dynamic demand was analyzed. A model of time-varying operation availability was set up for a two-echelon spare part support system under non-stationary demand and finite capability by using non-stationary stochastic process theory; a corresponding algorithm was presented; through an example the system operation availability was evaluated, and the time-varying curve was got. The proposed method can provide a new thinking for solving the problem of the system availability evaluation under dynamic demand.
