摘要
将非线性规划、随机模拟与多体系统发射动力学与引信机构动力学结合,建立了基于系统动力学仿真的引信故障自动分析系统,能够对引信机构在多种弹道环境下的动态特性进行数值仿真,并自动分析引信系统是否可能发生故障。引信故障自动分析系统已在某引信的故障分析中得到应用,为引信系统故障分析提供了有效的自动分析工具。
An automatic fuze failure analysis system based on dynamics simulation was established, integrating the nonlinear optimization and random simulation with multibody launch dynamics and fuze mechanics dynamics. In this system, a numerical simulation of some fuze can be done for studying the dynamical characteristics of fuze mechanism in various ballistic environments, and the failure possibility of the fuze can be analyzed automatically. This system has been successfully appiied in a case of fuze failure. An available automatic analysis tool was provided for fuze failure analysis.
