宫颈癌中端粒酶与bcl-2表达的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨端粒酶与bcl-2在宫颈癌中的表达及其相关性,为宫颈癌的早期诊断、治疗和预后判断提供一定的理论基础。方法采用免疫组织化学染色和原位杂交法检测51例宫颈标本端粒酶和bcl-2活性的表达。结果bcl-2在正常宫颈组织中没有表达,在不典型增生、原位癌及三级鳞癌中的表达阳性率分别为50%、80%、100%、55%、33%;宫颈上皮内瘤样病变中端粒酶的阳性表达率37%,原位癌为90%,宫颈癌为100%。结论bcl-2蛋白与端粒酶在宫颈癌中的表达没有显著相关性,端粒酶与bcl-2在子宫颈癌的发生中不仅表现出各自的作用,而且是肿瘤发生的同一途径中的不同环节。 Objective To investigate the function of bcl-2 and telomerase in cervical carcinoma and to provide experimental data for the early diagnosis, therapy and prognosis in cervical carcinoma. Methods Using in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry methods, tested 51 cases. Results The expression of bcl-2 is negtive in normal cervical tissue. And it is 50% ,80% .100% ,55% ,33% apart. The expression of telomerase is 37% in CIN,90% in original position carcinoma and 100% in cervical carcinoma. Conclusion Tile expression of bcl-2 is positive correlation in cervical carcinoma. Its over-expression occurs in the early period of cervical carcinoma ; The over-expression of telomerase might be the important marker of clinical diagnosis and it is an active role in the arises of cervical carcinoma. There is no connection between the two.
