摘要
国际干预的扩张是近年来国际关系领域的一种重要现象,从国际法的角度来看,以"人权高于主权"为旗号的"新干涉主义"和以"反恐"为名所进行的国际干预行动,都是缺乏国际合法性基础的国际非法行为。
The expansion of international intervention is an important phenomenon in the world in recent years. By international law, the paper takes the cases of the international intervention acted with the ＂ New Interventionism＂ flaunting the banner of ＂ human rights prior to sovereignty＂ and in the name of ＂ antiterrorism＂, demonstrates that, these international interventions are illegal acts with the lack of international legality bases.
