摘要
"顶岗教育实习"是一种新的实习组织形式。有政府主导、市校合作和校校合作三种模式。它产生于农村师资缺乏、中小学教师培训不足和高师学生实习困难等国内背景。它的产生为我国高教服务国家建设、政府扶持高教发展以及高师教育实习改革开启了新思路并为我国解决农村合格师资、探索中国特色的教师教育专业化道路提供了努力方向。但是研究有待深入,将岗位锁定在农村学校有局限,"置换培训"面临诸多难题。对之既要热情对待、积极参与,又要具有科学的实事求是的精神。
"Post Shift Teaching Practice" is a new kind of teaching practice organization which includes three modes, i.e., the Government-oriented, intercity schools' cooperation and university-university cooperation. It attributes to the domestic background of lack of rural teachers, primary and middle school teachers' training and places for higher teacher college students. Its emergence brings about a new view for high education's service to nation construction, governments' supports to high education development and the reform of high teacher college studentsl meanwhile, it provides a resolution of rural qualified teachers and a China- characteristics-way of searching for the specialization of teachers education with a forward direction. This awaits a deep research, and it is limited to aim at the posts in rural schools. A enthusiastic, scientific and objective attitude was sincerely needed due to so many difficulties in dealing with "Post Shift Teaching Training".
